Our inspection reports are returned within 24 hours of the inspection.
We encourage all clients to join us onsite to discuss any potential issues and ongoing maintenance needs for the property. If you have questions after the inspection, we want to hear from you and will take as much as needed to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.
Create Request List
By using the CRL feature you can easily create your repair addendum from your inspection report. This simplifies everything by keeping it and one place and helps to ease further negotiations.
